TWA Home Aid Care & Companions was founded in 2004 by Tracy Archibald. Tracy carries over 18 years experience caring and providing compassion visits and care for individuals in the comforts of their own home. TWA serves all of lower Michigan and is a fully insured careprovider.

Tracy began her journey with TWA as a full time home-care and compassion service company, after one of her direct family members found himself in need of compassionate home care due to unexpected sustained life long traumatic medical diagnosis, leaving him in need of home care that Tracy provided and provides her self. Since that time, Tracy has established TWA with passion and careful planning, and she is proud to offer you or your loved ones, the same type of care that would be expected of direct family members: Compassionate, Caring, Comfortable, Discreet and Sensitive to all clients.

TWA is not a large medical care facility provider. This advantage allows all TWA representatives to focus on the client and their needs, and not the companies own bottom line. It is our opinion that sometimes the main focus of the larger home care facilities is the financial bottom line for them, sacrificing the service provided to some extent.

TWA focuses on low inner office over-head, without sacrificing service quality supplied to our clients. Because Tracy has been able to control over-head in a reasonable manner, TWA can pass this savings on to you, our client. Our rates are very nominal for the services provided. We are sure that you will find our service with-in the means of your budget too!
